PANIC FIRE (Formerly Category Three)!

          In 2018, Gary Schutt celebrates his 10th years in keeping his cover band vision alive!  In 2008  he left The Untouchables to form his own band and play music he wanted to play.  That band became CATEGORY THREE.  CAT3 was successful and a known name for a long time.  As times change and crowds change and venues change and band members change and …well, Gary had a brainstorm on a long drive home from a gig one night, and from that brainstorm was the birth of PANIC FIRE!  

            Panic Fire, as a cover band, is one of the tightest musically and uniquely diverse bands playing the Tampa Bay scene!  The song list is mostly built around songs that no other bands cover - for better or for worse - they definitely stand out from the rest!  They also take classic songs and pop song and make them our own, nothing is just like the record! 

          We  do an entire night (standard 4 hours) of rock covers!  We've been doing this for many years and are seasoned veterans in the Tampa Bay area cover scene and beyond.  And with our goofiness, you'll never know what will happen live!  It's a hell-of-a show!

          We also take classic songs and pop song and make them our own, nothing is just like the record!
